[exim] Thoughts on Razor?

I know this is off-topic, but this list is frequented by a number of
very anti-spam-savvy regulars, so I hope I don't offend too much. :)

What's the general consensus on Razor as an anti-spam tool? Is it worth
using and contributing to?
