[exim] sieve/vacation

Ok, I'm not having any luck with sieve and vacation.

I have the following .forward file:

#Sieve filter
require "vacation";
vacation "Testing vacation";
-----

I added sieve_vacation_directory=$home/.vacation_db to my userforward redirect
router.

When I run this, I get "vacation disabled in line 2".

What else do I need?
