This says you will relay to any domain. Unless you are the backup MX
for every domain on the planet, you didn't want to set this to '*'.
It should probably be

domainlist relay_to_domains =

(relay to no non-local domain) but RTFM to be sure. Caveat: I didn't
read any further in your config.
