Assumpte: [exim] Unroutable Address & Unqualified Recipient Problem

Fetchmail -> exim4 -> procmail -> kmail (maildir directories)

Mail is received and sent OK except for problem indicated in the Subject:.

How do I fix the problem indicated in the reject log fragment below
(Unroutable Address & Unqualified Recipient)?

What changes do I make to my monolithic exim4.conf file?

Is the problem in Exim4 or fetchmail or somewhere else?

I Don't use .forward file.

The /etc/email-addresses file says: "zo: vtorrico@???"
Should I add "vtorrico: vtorrico@???" to this file?

Running unstable debian, exim4, sa-exim, greylistd, procmail & kmail.

ISP (cfw.com) Dialup single user machine with local machine name "zoila1" and local
user name "zo".

My email address is vtorrico@??? and smtp smarthost is mail.cfw.com

Execution of "fetchmail -kv gives the following snippet:
