Why not make procmail do all local deliveries? (Just come up with a
default procmailrc that mimics your normal local deliver.) Then you can
put your bogofilter in the transport_filter and anyone who wants spam
delivered to a separate folder can use procmail do to so.

The frontend mode probably should be kept separate. But that cuts you
down to two.
