[exim] Days in Mail Queue

Hello, I recently changed the setting in /etc/exim.conf from the default
7d to 3d so frozen messages in the mail queue will be removed after 3
days. This doesn't seem to have had any effect on the mail queue. Yes,
I restarted exim so the changes would take place. Any ideas? Note this
is a cPanel server.
