I can connect to kormar.net, though it takes it a good while to
respond with the ESMTP greeting. If the machine trying to send the
message is not kormar.net, look to komar.net's config to see why the
connection is being refused.

If the machine trying to send the message *is* kormar.net, the
message should not be getting handled by the dnslookup router. Look
to see why komar.net is not being handled as a local domain.

That part seems OK, the message is being accepted and queued.
