[exim] formerly dynamic IP

Hi all,

...and now I've got a static IP, and I'm ending up with this sort of
problem:

does anybody know what/where I need to change my config file? Would that be
in the ACL section? I'm really curious why I'm getting the 'Connection
refused'.(?) The mail is coming from a script running in the background on
the same machine, which obviously sends to root.

Any insight and tips will be greatly appreciated!
