Hi,
This is Debian Bug #293314 (
http://bugs.debian.org/293314). The
submitter runs exim 4.34 (the current version in Debian testing)
against an NT authentication server which has user names like
"domain\first last". That is, the user names have both a backslash and
a space.
Exim fails to deliver messages _from_ such users, and exim -bp
complains about the message ("spool format error").
I am currently trying to obtain the user's configuration to reproduce
first with 4.34 and then with 4.44. But this bug is sufficiently bad
to report it immediately, I think.
Greetins
Marc
