Of course I've tried that a while ago as well as Ev1 and Webhostingtalk.com
forums. They told me it wasn't possible with Exim and that the option was
only server wide. However, after going thru the Cpanel forums, it was hinted
that it could be done, but I still wasn't getting specific how to answers. I
wasn't going to test a live production mail server with hundreds of clients
either. so I was told to ask Exim staff, which you really can't do, so I got
on the list hoping someone here would help. I couldn't understand why you'd
make a script that had this server wide capability, but couldn't be
configured for one or a few accounts to send mass email per hour (i.e.
recruiters, job boards, opt-in lists, etc). This just seems like common
sense and I noticed that a lot of hosts had the same issue.....
Does anyone have an answer to my original question? Thanks.

I'm trying to find a way to use Exim with WHM 9.9.9 (Linux) so that I can
set the max emails per hour to a specific number for all accounts, but 1. Is
there a way to do this in exim.pl or is the option only server wide?

Perhaps you should ask on the WHM support list.
Tony.
