This is an odd problem, which when we did a DNS shift, we're seeing.
Software information:
Exim Version 3.35 debug level 1 UID=8 gid=8
OS Debian with the 2.22 Kernel
When I log into the box, and then try to open an SMTP connection to the
box from that location, I get the following:
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
Which is strange, because the box is receiving email from the outside.
Here's what I've got in exim.conf:
qualify_domain = cpcug.org
local_domains = localhost:cpcug.org
I shut down exim, and restarted it, but still no joy.
Is this just because DNS being transferred?
