What do you mean by "mail forwarding"?
I handle something slightly more than 2000 domains, but Exim runs quite
well.
Kindly present your scenario with details on what it is you want to do.
That way we can give you ideas. However, take it that there is no
"Official Exim Tutorial" for this. There can't be one anyway since
people implement their setups differently. But there are several HOWTO
documents out there, from which you can build.
