[exim] Moving from sendmail...

Right ,

Considering moving from using sendmail as we seem to be having trouble with
mail fowarding.(high load avg > 180)

Considering using exim ... Our setup consists of a single linux box ...
Which is used as the mail forwarding server for 2000 domains.

Does anyone have a tutorial or information on how to do this.
