I understand Webmin can do some things.
A word of warning: Don't expect any interface to be able to help you
with more than the very very basics in any competant way.
There are too many things in the config file to really manage with any
decent abilty. Things also get added and changed relatively often, so
the only REAL way to do things is:
1) Learn everythign about the default config
2) Learn anythign extra from the docs on exim.org that YOU need
3) Use a web interface to manage just the basic things like user
administration, quotas, and such things.
