There is no "straight" solution to that one. You have to craft it
yourself by searching on the Internet for some keywords only
available to your mind (right now).

Have you read Tor Slettnes's articles as well?

Again, how you handle spam depends on what you use. Whether
SpamAssassin or DSPAM or the Marc Perkel theories (see archives).
