Well, add xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to your +relay_from_hosts.

This is the same host being denied!! The IP address is the same as the
one above - xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx !!

There is a whole chapter on SMTP AUTHENTICATION in spec.txt, besides
several HOWTOs/FAQ entries easily found using google "exim smtp auth".
