[exim] Callout header_sender and defer_ok

I using the condition:

acl_data_chk:
  deny  senders         = !:
        !verify         =
header_sender/callout=100s,maxwait=200s,defer_ok,random

But, the "defer_ok" not run... All defer servers are bloked!

I try to include in this condition a cause:
        condition      = ${if eq
{${address:$h_from:}{$sender_address}{no}{yes}}}
But, the exim show the sintax error in DATA "}".

Have the solution for this problem? I check the callout in rcpt clause, but if
sender_address is equal h_from, the message is deny for defer servers...
