[exim] Block Lists - Spam Stoppers

How do I integrate Block Lists such as:


1.. MAPS Realtime Blackhole List (http://mail-abuse.org/rbl)
2.. MAPS Relay Spam Stopper (http://mail-abuse.org/rss)
3.. MAPS Dialup User List (http://mail-abuse.org/dul)
4.. MAPS Open Proxy Stopper List (http://mail-abuse.org/ops)
5.. Spamhaus Block List (http://www.spamhaus.org/sbl)
so that It would reduce my load of SpamAssasin?
Is that something that is part of the exim.conf or is it somewhere else?
