This is a different error than the one in your first post. In your
first post, the sender address was syntactically invalid in the error
message.
OK, so mail.savelostriver.org is your server. The incoming message
is failing sender verify. Again, *what does your exim log show*?
FWIW, I can't get the supposed MX for modemnet.net
(sitemail.everyone.net, two addresses) to accept connection on port
25. If you are doing callback verification, that could be a
problem...

It's rejecting it for the reason it says. It can not verify that the
sender address is legitimate. RTFM "verify=sender".
It may be that your ACL would have skipped the verification test of
the message was not coming in from outside, but that's not important.
