Unfortunately, due to the complexity of MIME, it is not actually a
straightforward process to do this. You have to deal with whatever MIME
structure is already in the message, and append your part as disposition
inline appropriately. You might even want to think about appending a
multipart/alternative message. As to how you add it into exim, it's a
transport filter for all the non-local transports.
