Maybe I am wrong, but I think you are missing some things here.
AFAIKh horde is only a framework. I assume, you want to use webmail, so you
need horde + IMP (horde's webmail addon).
But then you also need som pop3/imap server. Exim is for smtp only. Thus you
need courier for example.
So please tell as what you really want to do and maybe we can help.
