we are using exim 4.41 with a pretty standard config on a webserver and
somehow people manage to create
emails with an empty TO: ... ahem :)
While we are still trying to track down that particular problem I figured
that the following excerpt is
not really ok:
Note the X-UIDL field.

Is this behaviour normal ?
