Most likely the permissions for these files:
tls_certificate = /etc/ssl/certs/smtp.pem
tls_privatekey = /etc/ssl/private/mail.cityairlines.net.key.nopass.pem
are set wrongly, or these files do not exist. Or you mixed up the files
and copied the wrong one to the right place, or the other way round :P
