[exim] Easy question

Hello List,
O.S: Debian Testing
Exim: Version 4.34

I have a full version of exim working, nevertheless I
want to know:

Exim can act as a pop3 server?

Or I should configure a pop3 server in order to let
users get their mail from the server.

Also I will appreciate any suggestion of a pop3
server, I am not quite sure which is the best.

I will appreciate any feedback.
