[exim] Exim startup

Hi,

I just installed exim 4.43 from the tar file and am having trouble starting
it up, whenever I go to test the configuration file by running exim -bV I
get an error 'exim: command not found'. I know im supposed to add a path
string somewhere im just not sure where. Im running Suse Pro 9.2.
