[exim] BYPASS <MAXRECIPIENTS> Parameter

Hi all,

My Exim limits all users to send 40 recipients for each message.
There are some clients that need a larger value, but I can't increase it globally.

Is it possible to bypass this configuration for some hosts, users or IP addresses?
