[exim] SSL SMTP

Hi all, just a quick question. I was under the impression that you could
not have proper start-tls type ssl on the same port you have
tls_on_connect. But we seem to have found that

daemon_smtp_ports = 25 : 465 : 587
tls_on_connect_ports = 465
log_selector = +incoming_interface

allows both protocols on port 465, is this a change in exim, or has it
always been like this?

Also I know Outlook express uses tls_on_connect if you use any other
port than 25, but I thought the full Outlook used the proper start_tls
type protocol. We are finding that even full Outlook clients have to use
port 465 with the above config. Has anybody else found this or are we
doing something wrong.
