It sure looks like it to me: (from your original mail)

So, the server "correio.yyy.com.br" is blocking your e-mail. We don't know
why, because the error message doesn't give enough information. Thus we
can't help you configure Exim to fix the problem. So that's why you need
to contact postmaster@???.

That's because your mail is being blocked by correio.yyy.com.br. See
