2003 in the foreseeable future, since that version actually _is_ clever
enough to reject nonexistent mails *mumble mumble*
Exchange 2000 can do the same thing, but it is a little more complex. You
need to define custom event sinks.
There was a posting to this list once, which described the setup, but I do
not have a link by hand.
