[exim] cyrus+pam+exim

Hi,

I would like to implement a mail server using cyrus, pam-pwdfile and exim.
Can anyone please point me to some reference and document about how to
integrate these stuff together?
I don't want to use ldap, it's too complicated. I don't want to use
saslauthd either, the password is stored in plain text form.
It seems that pam-pwdfile is a way to go, but I couldn't found any solid
information about it.
