http://www.infradead.org/rpr.html has an example.

If there is any domain you know is rejecting mail due to SPF 'failures'
and won't fix that error when you tell them how broken SPF is, and if
you really need to send mail there, you can put them into the
'spf-afflicted-domains' list and do SRS on mail you send to them.
