[exim] how to enable TLS/SSL on smtp?

Hi,

I may be need to use TLS certificate with smtp auth to solve the problem
in Outlook smtp auth.

But when I imported pkcs12 cert and enabled SSL on smtp port, press
send/receive I receive error:
"Server response: 250 Help (Account: 'mail.mydom.com', SMTP Server:
'mail.mydom.com', Error number: 0x800ccc7d)."

How can I enable TLS/SSL on smtp auth for Exim?
I m using cyrus2.1.19 with SASL2
