Before greylisting becomes ubiquitous, it will become common enough that the
spammers will react, and the zombie machines will learn how to pass
greylisting.

At which point, greylisting will be turned off as no longer accomplishing
much.

Meanwhile, it works well for us, with suitable whitelisting (Yahoo Groups
was among the first...and they don't drop rejected mail but drop it into the
web interface: not a bad solution from their particular perspective).
