Not really. A lot of spam is sent direct-to-MX by zombied PCs, running
specialized spamware. It's very unlikely that this software will bother to
generate a bounce if the message is rejected. The vast majority of the spam
I reject at SMTP time is from addresses that look suspiciously like cable
modem or DSL connections.

If they're running an open relay, they deserve what they get.
