actually outlook actually does tell you the problem (look bottom right,
normally some yellow sign appears).
Also look in your mainlog.log, reject.log, or panic.log files for any
other indication of where the problem may be.
Other than that, check the properties in your addressbook on the
recepients, make be there is a foreign character (like a #$%^##@).
