Unfortunately Thawte is getting increasingly expensive. First they
withdrew wildcard certificates, so we had to buy four
(smtp/imap/pop/webmail) instead of one (*). Then they started licensing
per machine (of which we have several). Our certificate renewal this year
cost over £2000.
I'd suggest buying from a registrar that isn't owned by Verisign.
