[exim] queue run

I started a manual queue run about 3 hours ago.
It is still doing "something" (altho I don't know what).

There are about 100 messages in the queue, most of which are
frozen. Seems like un-thawing the frozen messages has
caused the bottleneck.

Is there a way to tell what exim is doing?
