Someone has a severely broken mail server (or a script or a virus) that
enters commands in bad sequence or with illegal characters (possibly
some unicode character set).
I get these errors too, occasionally. (If a specific IP/name proves to
be extremely persistent and it is not an MX for a specific domain, I
blacklist it)
