please read what the error line is saying.
1) the error message is coming from the peer 209.237.227.199 in
return to an attempt of your server 201.187.6.17 to deliver a message
for list-subscribe@???. So, if anyone is in a blacklist, that
is *your* server.
2) the error is trying to tell you that 201.187.6.17 is in DNSBL at
dsbl.org, albeit with a somewhat terse message. Have you followed the
link? It would have also told you how to delist that ip address.
3) at the moment it seems that the server is not listed. Since only
the administrator of 201.187.6.17 (that should be you!) would have
likely attempted to delist 201.187.6.17, I wonder if 201.187.6.17 had
ever been listed (assuming 201.187.6.17 is a static address).
4) I am surprised that at apache they use a blacklist to outright
block emails, it is a very risky measure. In addition their error
message could have been more explicit.
