FWIW I use RenAttach (
http://www.pc-tools.net/unix/renattach/) to simply
rename potentially dangerous attachments; I use it in a transport_filter
together with spamc.
(user would have to "save as..." the renamed attachment which certainly
would trigger the antivirus; and no more hassles with auto-previews etc)
