Not really clear what your situation is, but are you saying there are
message log files with no other associated files? That shouldn't ever
happen, of course. The only thing to do would be to delete them, but
before you do it might be worth trying to find out why. You could, for
example, find the message-ids from the msglog file names and grep the
Exim logs to see what information is there.
