[exim] one day Message-ID will match a dirty word

Hmmm, seems one day the Message-ID will have a real English word in it
and a dirty one at that. I can just see the Mars Light light up atop
the boss's terminal. OK, at least I am mentally prepared.
In gnus I recall there's a 16 hour window every eight years or
something for that to be possible.
