you do not want to remove this check, at least not in this case.
Whoever doesn't know anything about computers should not run a
mailserver, and if they run one, you'll only get spam from it. The
one you listed from your log is probably just a spam attempt (or a
person testing SMTP manually without much knowledge of the
protocol)....
