[exim] more on domainkeys

It appears that gmail has begun signing all their email with domainkeys.
According to sources at Yahoo, they will begin signing all their email
sometime in November. This source also stated that AOL was on board as
well. That makes 3 major players in the public email space that are
embracing the standard.
