[exim] Sieve Question

ok - I'm experimenting with sieve for the first time. I created a simple
rule just to test it and ran into a problem.

The rule was to forward the message if it contained a specific subject -
but - if the condition wasn't met - the filter wants to deliver the
message to the inbox.

What I want is that if the conditions aren't met that the filter does
nothing and passes on to the next router. Can I do that?
