I didn't find documentation about special quoting for command line parameters for ${run -command. So best option might be ${rxquote:<MIME boundary>}?

aaaAAAA\-\?\?\:\:\:\(1\)\-\-\-

Or is there other (better) solutions?

     boundary := 0*69<bchars> bcharsnospace

     bchars := bcharsnospace / " "

     bcharsnospace := DIGIT / ALPHA / "'" / "(" / ")" /
                      "+" / "_" / "," / "-" / "." /
                      "/" / ":" / "=" / "?"
