[exim] Repair or Reject malformed headers

All,

I'm using Exim 4.10 w/Exiscan (yeah, I know I needs to upgrade), and need to
find a way to either reject or repair malformed headers such as this one:

From: Robert Short <mynetbiz@???

(note the missing angle bracket)

Is there a way to do this?

Please reply direct as well as to the list. I have over 2500 messages that
I needs to get caught up on.
