One option might be to use a third-party mail relay service. (An example
would be DynDns.org's "Mailhop Outbound" service; there are others.)
They're usually pretty reasonably priced if you don't need to send a lot of
mail, and they run on alternate SMTP ports to avoid port 25 blocks.
