In WHM check your tweak settings area and be sure the following option is
NOT selected:

Track the origin of messages sent though the mail server by adding the
X-Source headers (exim 4.34+ required)

Chances are, you don't currently have Exim 4.34+ installed. This will cause
the unroutable domain error you/your clients are experiencing.
