[exim] Smart_route Call out

I am running Exim 4.42 exiscan sa-exim clamd SA3.0.0

I had this setup at one time but for the life of me I can't figure it
out again.
I would like to do a verify with a call out against my main mail server
to make sure that there is a email account there before it accepts a
message.

I know it's really simple but so far I keep missing the mark and a 4.3
manual is starting to get a bit ragged
